Level 999 Commands
Below are the commands that you are permitted to perform at Level
999. To get a list of these commands while in a channel on irc.utgames.com
type either - !showcommands (in the channel that you want to know the
available commands for) or /msg g showcommands #channel (in one channel
to show available commands for another)
